Andy Eagle

Interim Theatre Director

Andy brings extensive experience from the UK arts sector, having worked across not-for-profit, charitable, local government, and commercial environments. Most recently, he served as CEO of Chapter in Cardiff for eleven years. His expertise includes capital redevelopment advisory roles for Clwb Ifor Bach and the Ucheldre Centre. He was a board member of Arts Council Wales until November 2022, chairing the Lottery Capital Committee, and previously completed a secondment with the British Council in Belgrade, Serbia.

Phill Hogben

General Manager

Phill has been with Jersey Opera House since 2008, following a relocation with his family. With a background in accountancy, he brings financial oversight to theatre operations while embracing the dynamic nature of the venue. An avid supporter of live music and comedy, Phill ensures operational efficiency while maintaining the theatre’s commitment to diverse entertainment.

Zoë Mallet

Marketing and Communications Manager

Zoë’s passion for theatre and creative storytelling has been evident throughout her career. Holding a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Arts with a focus on Community Theatre, she first joined the Jersey Opera House in 2005. After gaining experience in marketing at The Channel Islands Co-operative Society Ltd and working in the learning disabilities sector, she returned to lead marketing and communications at JOHL in 2023. She now oversees audience engagement, branding, and promotional strategies to support the Opera House’s growth.

Rebecca Stanier

Rebecca Stanier – Programme Manager

Rebecca joined Jersey Opera House in 2024, bringing a background in Musical Theatre performance, teaching, fundraising, administration, and arts management. She gained a BA Hons in Musical Theatre from a Drama School in London and performed professionally before managing a Stagecoach Performing Arts franchise. Most recently she was Fundraiser for NSPCC Jersey. Her passion for live performance and audience engagement is central to her role in curating and delivering diverse programming for the Opera House.

Jack Tadier

Technician

Jack has been part of the Jersey Opera House team since 2000, rejoining in 2012 after gaining extensive experience in the events industry, rigging, and audiovisual technology. Specialising in stage management and fly systems, he has also worked on touring productions, bringing valuable expertise in technical theatre operations.

Hayley Tostevin

Theatre Administration Officer

Hayley has a strong background in theatre operations and customer service, with over 25 years of experience. Her previous roles include coordinating rehearsals and supporting productions, alongside nine years of administrative experience at Jersey General Hospital’s Emergency Department. Highly organised and detail-oriented, Hayley is committed to ensuring smooth theatre operations and excellent support for both patrons and the Jersey Opera House team.

Chris Wink

Technical Manager

Chris has been a key part of the Opera House’s technical team since 2003, bringing industry experience dating back to 1996. His expertise lies in sound design, having created technical solutions for professional and amateur productions nationwide. His previous experience includes lighting and rigging work with organisations such as Birmingham Royal Ballet and touring productions like The Rocky Horror Show.
