Step Onto the Jersey Opera House Stage – Open House Week

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to stand on the Jersey Opera House stage? This spring, Jersey Opera House is opening its auditorium to the community with Open House — a week-long opportunity for local performance groups to experience the magic of the theatre in a relaxed, supportive environment.

From 30 March to 4 April, choirs, dance classes, music groups, schools and performance-based societies are invited to host a one-off session on our stage, without the pressure of a formal performance or ticketed audience.

What’s included:

Direct access to the Opera House stage
Stock lighting and dance floor
Speaker for backing music
Open House is about participation, not perfection.

It’s a chance to rehearse, share, explore, and experience what it feels like to perform in one of Jersey’s most iconic venues.

The auditorium will also be open to the public during sessions, giving audiences the opportunity to discover local groups, watch classes in action, and explore ways to get involved in Jersey’s vibrant arts community.
